Pawpies Terms of Service

Welcome to Pawpies! We’re thrilled to help you spoil your furry friends. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of our treats. By placing an order or signing up for a subscription, you’re agreeing to these terms—so let’s get the "paws and reflect" part out of the way.

1. Product Safety & Allergy Warning

Your dog’s health is our top priority.

  • Allergy Disclaimer: Our treats are made in a facility that may handle common allergens including, but not limited to: peanuts, eggs, and dairy. Please review the ingredient list on each product carefully before feeding.
  • The "New Food" Rule: Every dog is different. We highly recommend introducing any new treat gradually. If your dog has a known medical condition or a sensitive stomach, consult your veterinarian before introducing Pawpies into their diet.
  • Supervision: Always supervise your dog while they are enjoying treats and ensure they have access to plenty of fresh water.

2. No Veterinary Advice

The content on our website is for informational purposes only. Pawpies is not a veterinarian, and our treats are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always seek the advice of a qualified veterinary professional with any questions regarding your pet’s nutritional needs.

3. Subscription Agreement ("The Treat Club")

By signing up for a Pawpies subscription, you agree to the following:

  • Recurring Billing: You authorize Pawpies to automatically charge your chosen payment method at the frequency selected (e.g., monthly) until you cancel.
  • Cancellation Policy: You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time through your account portal. To avoid being charged for your next scheduled shipment, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date.
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing. We will always notify you via email at least 15 days before any price change takes effect.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Perishability

  • Perishable Nature: Because our treats are perishable food items, all sales are final. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for details on damaged or compromised packaging.
  • Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price.
  • Product Accuracy: We do our best to ensure photos and descriptions are accurate, but since our treats are often handmade or naturally sourced, slight variations in color, shape, and size are normal.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We want those treats in your dog’s bowl as fast as possible. However, Pawpies is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
  • Theft of packages after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
  • Extreme Weather: Damage or spoilage caused by the product being left outside in extreme weather (heat, rain, etc.) after delivery. Please retrieve your packages promptly!

6. Website Use and Conduct

By using pawpies.co, you agree not to:

  • Use the site for any illegal purpose or to solicit others to perform illegal acts.
  • Attempt to "scrape" data or interfere with the security features of the website.
  • Provide false contact information or impersonate another person.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pawpies (and its humans) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website. Our liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All the cute dog photos, logos, text, and "Pawpies" branding are our property. Please don’t use our content for commercial purposes without asking us first—that would be a major "bad dog" move.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of Uttar Pradesh, India in which Pawpies is registered. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate local courts.
