Refund policy
At Pawpies, we’re all about happy tails and healthy snacks. Because our treats are made with fresh, perishable ingredients, our policy is designed to prioritize the safety of your pups and the quality of our kitchen.
The "No Returns" Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our dog treats, we cannot accept returns once a package has left our facility. Unlike a chew toy or a leash, food products can’t be safely restocked once they’ve been in the wild.
However, we are committed to making things right if your order isn't up to Pawpies' standards.
Damaged or Compromised Products
Your dog’s safety is our top priority. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice any of the following, do not feed the treats to your pet:
- Packaging: If the package has been tampered with or the seal may have been compromised, please email us the images immediately.
- Damaged Outer Packaging: Significant rips, tears, or holes in the bag.
- Broken Seals: Any signs that the product has been tampered with or exposed to air prematurely.
How to Report an Issue
If your order arrives damaged or you have concerns about the product's integrity, please let us know within 7 days of delivery.
- Snap a Photo: Take a quick picture of the issue (especially those puffy seals or damaged boxes).
- Email Us: Send the photo and your order number to woof@pawpies.co.
- Resolution: Our team will review the details and, depending on the situation, we will be in touch with you for the best possible resolution.
*A Quick Disclaimer: While we take every precaution to ensure your treats arrive in peak condition, Pawpies cannot be held responsible for products that have been stored incorrectly after delivery (e.g., left in direct sunlight or high humidity). Please follow the storage instructions on the bag to keep those treats safe!
