Ingredients & Nutrition
6. What kind of ingredients do you use?
We stick to the good stuff: fresh, human-grade proteins like real chicken, healthy fats like coconut oil, and vegetables and fruits that are good for your pup. We never use artificial additives or "by-products."
7. Do your treats contain preservatives or additives?
No. We avoid artificial preservatives, colours, and flavours. Because of this, our treats are perishableājust like real food should be.
8. Are your treats grain-free?
Yes!
Our recipes are crafted to be grain-free and gentle on your dogās digestive system, making them ideal for pups with grain sensitivities.
9. How many treats can I give my dog per day?
Treats should be a "complementary" food, meaning they shouldn't exceed 10% of your dogās daily calorie intake. Portion size depends on your dogās weight, age, and activity level.Ā
Dietary Needs, Safety & Allergies
10. Are your treats safe for puppies?
Yes, but we recommend waiting until they are 8ā10 weeks old. Introduce them in very small, broken-down portions to ensure their developing tummies handle the new protein well.
11. What if my dog has allergies or a sensitive stomach?
We keep our ingredient lists short and simple to minimize risks. However, our facility processes peanuts, eggs, and dairy. If your dog has a severe allergy, please check the specific product page or contact us at woof@pawpies.co before ordering.
12. Why does a vacuum pack turn "puffy" sometimes?
If any of our products are vacuum packed, it is becasue we don't use artificial preservatives, a "puffy" inner bag is a sign the airtight seal was compromised during transit. Do not feed these to your dog. Please snap a photo and email us within 48 hours for a replacement.
13. Can these treats be used for training?
Absolutely! Our treats are high-value and incredibly aromatic, making them the perfect "jackpot" reward for positive reinforcement training.
Shipping & Delivery (Delhi-NCR)
14. Where exactly do you deliver?
We currently serve the Delhi-NCR region, including New Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, and Faridabad.
15. What are the shipping charges?
- Orders above INR 5,000: Free Shipping!
- Orders under INR 5,000: Rates are calculated at checkout based on your specific NCR location and order weight.
16. How long does delivery take?
Most orders are dispatched within 1ā3 business days.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3ā7 business days depending on your specific location.
Please note we do not ship on National Holidays.
17. How can I track my order?
The moment your treats leave our kitchen, youāll receive a tracking link via email and/or WhatsApp so you can watch them every step of the way.
Subscriptions & Payments
18. Do you offer subscription plans?
Yes! "The Treat Club" ensures you never run out. Your box ships around the 7th of every month. You can pause or cancel via your account portal up to 48 hours before your next billing date.
19. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we do offer COD. Please feel free to select COD on our secure checkout (Credit/Debit cards, UPI, Net Banking and COD) to ensure a seamless, contactless delivery experience for our perishable goods.
Storage & Shelf Life
20. How should I store the treats?Ā
In the Delhi heat, storage is key! Keep packs in the freezer so they retain their freshness and crunch. Once the inner mini pack has been opened, they can be refrigerated for the maximum period of 3 days from the date of opening. However, all frozen treats are to be stored in the Freezer only.
21. What is the shelf life?Ā
Since we don't use chemical stabilizers, our treats typically last for 3 months in the freezer but we suggest you check your specific packaging for the 'Best Before' date.
Returns & Cancellations
22. Can I return or exchange treats?Ā
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the treats have left our kitchen. This ensures the safety of all our furry customers.
23. What if my order arrives damaged?Ā
If your package is compromised, please reach out to us at woof@pawpies.co within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
24. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel an order as long as it hasn't been dispatched. Once the treats are with our delivery partner, cancellations are no longer possible.

1. Why did you start Pawpies?
Because dogs deserve better. We believe in real food, real love, and treats you can actually trust. Pawpies was born to bridge the gap between "mass-produced fillers" and the time-consuming task of making treats at home, filled with high-quality nutrition our furry family members deserve.
2. What makes Pawpies different from store-bought treats?
Most commercial treats are loaded with mysterious "meat meals" and chemical preservatives to sit on a shelf for years. Our treats are handcrafted in small batches using real, whole, human-grade ingredientsāno fillers, no artificial preservatives, and absolutely no nonsense. Most of Pawpies treats can be consumed by humans too.Ā
3. Do you test on animals?
We test on ourselves and only on our own dogs! Our "Quality Control" team consists of very willing and enthusiastic furry taste-testers who ensure every recipe is "paw-proved" before it reaches your doorstep.
4. Are your products eco-friendly?
We love the planet as much as we love pups. We strive to use sustainable packaging and responsible sourcing whenever possible to keep our carbon paw-print small.
5. Have the treats been tested your by a certified lab?
Yes, we ensure that our treats get tested by a certified food testing laboratory, prior to launch.Ā
