Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Pawpies, we know your pup is likely waiting by the door the moment you hit "order." We work hard to get our fresh treats from our kitchen to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. Because we serve the Delhi-NCR region, we use a variety of local and national carriers to ensure the best possible delivery experience for our fresh products.
1. Delivery Zones
We currently provide delivery services exclusively to the following areas within Delhi-NCR:
New Delhi
Noida
Gurgaon
Ghaziabad
Faridabad
2. Shipping Rates
Free Shipping: Available on all orders above INR 5,000.
Standard Shipping: For orders under INR 5,000, rates vary based on your exact location and the weight of the treats. Your final shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. Dispatch & Processing Times
Standard Orders: Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days once your order is finalized and payment is confirmed.
Subscription Orders ("The Treat Club"): Your first box will ship within 1–3 business days of your initial order. Subsequent monthly boxes will ship on or around the 15th of each month.
Weekends & Holidays: We do not ship on weekends or National Holidays. If you place an order on or just before a holiday, please allow an extra day or two for our team to get your treats moving.
4. Tracking Your Treats
Once your order has been whisked away by the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.
5. Local Climate, Freshness & Safety
Given the extreme heat and humidity common in Delhi-NCR, we take extra care in our packaging. However, because our products are perishable:
Weather Delays: We may occasionally delay shipping during extreme heatwaves to ensure your treats don't sit in a hot delivery truck longer than necessary.
Prompt Retrieval: We strongly recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the package. Pawpies is not responsible for spoilage caused by packages left in direct sunlight, rain, or high humidity after delivery.
"Puffy" Pack Check: Upon arrival, please inspect your treats immediately. If you notice the inner vacuum-sealed packs appear "puffy" or the seals are damaged, do not feed them to your pet and contact us immediately.
6. Address Accuracy & Delivery
Please ensure your delivery address—including specific landmarks, colony names, or society gate instructions—is 100% accurate.
No Rerouting: Because our products are food items, we cannot redirect or reroute a package once it has left our facility.
Failed Delivery: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we cannot reship the perishable items, and a new order will need to be placed.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your tracking says "Delivered" but your treats have not arrived, please contact the carrier directly. If your package arrives physically damaged in a way that compromises the treats (ripped bags, broken seals), please email us at woof@pawpies.co within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you with a resolution.
